Procurement of electricity The subject of this public procurement procedure is the supply of electricity, based on the stated needs, and in all respects in accordance with the technical characteristics and other required conditions specified in this Procurement Documentation. The client implements this green public procurement procedure and requires that at least 50% of the total electrical energy to be supplied by the selected bidder must be produced from renewable energy sources in accordance with point VI.1. Decisions on the implementation of green public procurement (OG 137/24). Accordingly According to the Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette 111/21, 83/23 and 17/25), renewable energy sources are energy from renewable non-fossil sources, for example wind energy, solar energy (thermal and photovoltaic) and geothermal energy, energy from the environment, tidal energy and other ocean energy, hydropower, biomass, gas obtained from waste, gas obtained from wastewater treatment plants and biogas.
