In point BT-300 II.2.14) of the call for tenders, the tenderer recorded the declarations regarding the fulfillment of the contract, which we ask the Dear Tenderers to please consider. Total quantity: total quantity of 18, 734, 813 kWh Bidders define a tolerance range of 30% in both positive and negative directions regarding the total quantity. By specifying the tolerance range, tenderers do not want to record a quantitative discrepancy, but rather that if the actual consumption remains within the band limit, settlement will be made at the contractual price, and the contracting party as the winning bidder may not enforce sanctions (surcharge, penalty, compensatory energy) to the contracting parties as contracting parties. Regarding the quantity deviation, the Bidder states that it complies with the current industry standards. In electricity trade, the application of the tolerance band is established and justified in market practice solution. The reason for this is that the actual amount of electricity consumption is constantly changing due to the specifics of use, so a completely fixed amount cannot be determined in advance, nor would it reflect actual needs.
