Procurement of electricity in 2027 Procurement of electricity for the year 2027 within the framework of a full supply-based electricity purchase agreement. Purchase quantity (contracted quantity) in total (SZM): 1, 790, 250 kWh/year Bidder daily, weekly, monthly does not provide a claim, only an annual claim. The quantity is in accordance with Law LXVI of 2007 on electricity. according to the actual consumption measured on the basis of § 44 of the Act. The Merchant is a new entrant to the User during the duration of the supply is obliged to supply places of use at the expense of the TOP band. TOP band: The Bidder (User) may deviate from the SZM by up to 75% (under-purchase limit) or 125% (over-purchase limit) without penalty. In terms of consumption tolerance, the usage locations (PODs) must be managed together. Under-purchase surcharge: in case of under-purchase, the User must pay 75% of the energy fee for the amount between the actual consumption and the under-purchase limit.
