Purchase of electrical energy 2024-2025.

Purchase of electrical energy in a total amount of 1, 850, 098 KWh.

1, 847, 098 KWh/year (sanction-free tolerance band 20 %) purchase of electricity from j, covering the entire scope of all places of use listed in the tender documentation, under free market service provider conditions, based on full supply, at the lowest HUF/kWh electricity price calculated without obligation to provide a consumer schedule, from 00:00 on August 1, 2024l for the period up to 24:00 on July 31, 2025.

The tenderer does not want to fix a quantitative deviation with the tolerance band, but asks the tenderers that in the event that the actual consumption is 20% in both directions compared to the expected consumption if it stays within the lane, then it's a winnerthe contractor does not enforce any kind of sanction, surcharge, or compensating energy against the tenderer.
