Procurement of electrical energy Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Unit") organizes a tender for the open supply of electricity to the welfare areas of Kanta-Häme and Pirkanmaa and to Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Buyer" and separately "Customer"). The acquisition includes: - Physical procurement and open delivery of electrical energy - Management of the electricity portfolio and price protections - Operational implementation and development of the energy procurement strategy together with the Buyer - Reporting - Guarantees of origin acquisition Derivatives are not traded within the scope of the agreement. The measure that ensures the price of electricity between the Buyer and the electricity seller is price fixing. Delivery is so-called open delivery that covers all of the Buyer's electricity use in the items included in the contract. Employment positions can be added to or removed from the contract within the framework of normal turnover. Each Customer is responsible for ensuring that the items included in the contract have a valid online contract. The purchase of electrical energy is organized using a joint portfolio model, where the Customers' electricity procurement is combined into a common portfolio, but each Customer's electricity consumption, costs, reporting and invoicing are handled individually. At the time of publication of the request for quotation, the number of the Buyer's places of use is approximately 410 and an estimate of the annual consumption of electricity approx. 84, 000 MWh.
