Procurement of electrical energy Joutsa municipality - tendering of the electricity sales contract of the group (incl. Joutsa municipality, Kiinteistö Oy Joutsa rental apartments, Asunto Oy Leivonmäen Linnunlaulu and Joutsan Vesihuolto Oy), the result of which is an agreement on the electricity seller's margins and of the contract terms. Electric energy is billed monthly and its price is made up of the electricity seller's margins, quart spot delivery and the settlement of power-based price fixings made to reduce price risk.
