Procurement of electrical energy 1 January 2027-31 December 2027 The municipality of Kaustinen requests an offer for the supply of electrical energy for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The number of places of use is about 160. The annual energy consumption is about 3000 MWh. The offer includes the price of electricity to be reported as a fixed, one-time pricing valid for the entire contract period €/MWh (VAT 0%). Basic fees may not be charged for usage locations. A separate operating time effect is not accepted, nor are others added. The offered price must include all costs within itself. Invoicing as an online invoice every month. For invoicing, summary lists of consumption points are made with the selected electricity supplier. The price at the time of the contract is tied to the price on the day the offer is submitted. Values ​​regarding places of use and consumption can change during the validity period of the offer and the contract period, and they are not binding on the customer. The customer does not commit to the estimated total procurement quantity stated in the request for tender. The procurement procedure is an open procedure. Partial offers are not allowed. Alternative offers are not permitted. Parallel offers are not allowed. Bidders are not compensated for making a bid or participating in the procedure. The offer and all related materials must be prepared in Finnish in the language. The procurement unit has the right to suspend the procurement procedure contract without concluding it, based on the grounds set out in the Procurement Act.
