Description : 1. The Barangay Ban-ao of Placer, Masbate through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian Kabataan -Annual Budget #1 CY2026 intends to apply the sum Eighty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and 92/100 (Php. 83, 776.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS 2026-05-001/ Procurement of Educational Supplies Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Ban-ao of Placer, Masbate now invites bids for delivery and supply of Educational Supplies. (see technical specs for details). Goods is required Two (2) calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
