INVITATION TO BID



PROCUREMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES



1. The BARANGAY 19 CABANGAN, through the Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SIx THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 126, 700.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the Goods (Education Supplies) for the PROCUREMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES REFERENCE NO. 12297167 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at BID Opening.



2. The BARANGAY 19 CABANGAN now invites bids to furnish the PROCUREMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES Delivery of the Goods (Educational Supplies) is required 15 days upon issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 15 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, A contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
