The Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center, through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Procurement of Earthwork (Provision of Backfill) for which this Request for Quotation is issued.
