Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Early Warning System with Solar-Powered Monitoring and Alerting System

1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the 70% Disaster Preparedness and Mitigating Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/000 (Php 4, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Early Warning System with Solar-Powered Monitoring and Alerting System - MAD 023-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
