The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 99 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 125, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of DSLR Camera for Legislative Office Documentation and Recording under Contract No. SF Goods 2026-103. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
