Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES
FOR USE OF CLARIN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, CLARIN, BOHOL
The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Bids and Awards Committee for CY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO PESOS AND 66/100 ONLY (₱ 395, 572.66) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the BULK
PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINE FOR C.Y 2025 BY THE CLARIN
COMMUNITY HOSPITAL with Procurement Reference No. 2025-000487 REBIDDING.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Provincial Government of Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 DAYS after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the procurement project with an amount
of at least TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract.
