Description : PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES MHO, Baler, Aurora
1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through its TRUST FUND (PHILHEALTH - HEALTH FACILITY FEE (TB DOTS/KONSULTA), intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES, MHO, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-008). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES, MHO, BALER, AURORA (MGB-2026-ITB-008). Completion of the Works required is THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
