The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the NBS Trust Funds, FHINRP 2024

and PHM 2024 Funds intend to apply the sum of Seven Million Three Hundred

Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos and Fourteen Centavos

(Php7, 314, 996.14) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of

Drugs and Medicines, IB No. SB-2024-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall

be automatically rejected at bid opening.
