Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES OF EYE CENTER OF TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos Only (PhP 4, 982, 355.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines of Eye Center of Tarlac Provincial Hospital / B-G-2024-144. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
