1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its
MEEMO-Medical, Dental & Laboratory Clinic Operation intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Pesos & 50/100.(Php499, 997.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of Drugs and Medicines . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province now invites bids for Procurement Drugs and Medicines of Montevista Davao de Oro Province. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period of ten (10) days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
