Description : PROCUREMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos Only (₱ 399, 986.00).
2. Price Quotation should be inclusive of tax obligation.
3. Evaluation of bids will be conducted on “per item basis”.
4. Delivery Period is Seven (15) calendar days upon receipt of P.O.
5. If awarded the contract, processing and payment shall be made within five (5) working days after complete delivery and final acceptance, and upon receipt of Statement of Account.
6. Refusal to accept an award may be ground for imposition of Suspension under Rule XI of the IRR of RA 12009.
7. Failure of the supplier to deliver goods and render services under the contract within the specified delivery schedule shall be liable for damages for the delay pursuant to sec. 3 of the Annex D of Handbook on Philippines Government Procurement, 7th edition.
8. This must be submitted sealed to the above address not later than May 11, 2026.
