1. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Baganga, through the General Fund C.Y. 2026 -(Locally Funded Other Programs and Projects (Essential Non-Communicable Disease Program) intends to apply the sum of Four hundred seventy-three thousand eight hundred fifty Pesos (₱473, 850.00) being the ABC for payments under the contract for the Procurement of Premium Rice. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Project Details
The LGU of Baganga now invites bids for the Procurement of Rice using Public Bidding procedures under RA 12009. Delivery of goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years prior to the submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II - Instructions to Bidders.
