1. The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales, through the MOOE Fund of Rural Health Unit of LGU Candelaria, Zambales for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php. 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Candelaria, Zambales now invites bids for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved notice to Proceed and the required completion is stated in the Section VI, Schedule of Delivery. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidders is contained in the Bidding Documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
