INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR THE 3RD QUARTER 2026
1) The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2026 MHO Drugs and Medicines intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP959, 500.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Drugs and Medicines for the 3rd Quarter 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the Procurement of Drugs and Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days upon issuance of NTP/PO. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
