PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINE

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF NUNUNGAN, through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2018 (RA No. 10964) intends to apply the amount of Two Million Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 38/100 (Php 2, 529, 999.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS 001-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
