• Must be near the office and has parking lot or can conduct onsite testing
• Must provide result and certification service completed after 30 calendar days upon conduct of the test
Other Requirements:
• Service provider must be willing to accept changes requested by the end user prior and while conducting the activity.
• Must abide in the Data Privacy Act of 2012 to protect the results of the conducted test, information, and personal data of employees.
• Must accept send bill policy.
