Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF DOMAIN NAME SYSTEM (DNS) INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM FOR DOMAIN INVESTIGATIONS
1) The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), through the GAA 2025-Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (₱3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Domain Name System (DNS) Intelligence Platform for Domain Investigations with Bid Reference No. BAC-2026-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CICC now invites bids for the Procurement of Domain Name System (DNS) Intelligence Platform for Domain Investigations using the MEARB criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) working days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with a contract duration of one (1) year upon activation.
