The purpose of this procurement is to strengthen the county administrations' ability to digitally create, edit, share and preserve security classified documents. The County Administrative Board's operations are spread over several geographical locations and connected via the county administrations' network and a security-protected network. In order to streamline collaboration, information exchange and document management, a system is required that enables safe and flexible processing and sharing. The system must meet requirements for security protection, ease of use and accessibility. It must also be future-proof and scalable. The system will be used by all county administrative boards in a common environment. The county boards have a need for a system that enables the sharing of documents (under processing) and documents (established) in various formats. Users must be able to create and process documents and documents as well as attach images, reports, notes and more. Users in the system must be able to search, read, process and edit documents and documents. Confidentiality basis and security protection classification must be able to be applied and changed to documents and documents. The system needs to have authorization control for documents and documents based on various parameters. The system cannot have access to the Internet or other services, networks or cloud services.
