REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
Name of Project: PROCUREMENT FOR THE DIVISION MEETING WITH SCHOOL HEADS ON CASH ADVANCE, LIQUIDATION PROCESS AND OTHER FINANCIAL CONCERNS (LOT 2).
Sir/Madame:
1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Oriental Mindoro thru its Bids and Awards Committee, invites all interested and legitimate bidders to participate in the abovementioned activity, taking into consideration the following:
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Twenty Thousand Four Hundred (Php 120, 400.00) Pesos only.
3. Any quotation/bid amount submitted exceeding the ABC shall automatically be rejected. Awarding is per lot/package basis and not on unit cost. Note: Prices must be quoted in Philippine Peso inclusive of all taxes to be paid and other incidental cost to the delivery site/s if the contract is awarded.
