Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 02 (TWO) years.2. The satisfactory completion of similar supply of minimum BDT 38, 00, 000.00 under maximum 2 (Two) Contracts in the last 5 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT42, 00, 000.00 (Forty Two Lac Taka Only). [Tenderer must submit proper document mentioning the amount clearly]4. Manufacturer-s/Tenderer-s warranty certificate stating that the offered items are new, unused and of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in accordance with GCC 33.1& will be fitted in the existing system and will operate satisfactorily during the warranty period as stated under GCC 33.3 of PCC.5. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document. Note: Insurance-related document to be submitted during delivery of Goods ( The Goods supplied under this Contract shall be fully insured by the Supplier in a freely convertible currency against loss or damage incidental to manufacture or acquisition, transportation, storage, and delivery.
