Procurement & Distribution of Inorganic Fertilizers and Other Inputs
1) The Local Government Unit of San Julian, through the OMAS-MOOE CY 2026 -
Crops Services Program intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Six
Thousand Six Hundred (Php 996, 600.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement & Distribution
of Inorganic Fertilizers and Other Inputs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Julian now invites bids for Procurement & Distribution
of Inorganic Fertilizers and Other Inputs using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid
(LCRB) for bid opening manner & Award Criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required
Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) Years from
