Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF DISASTER RESPONSE, SEARCH AND RESCUE(SAR), AND EMERGENCY OPERATIONS EQUIPMENTS FOR RESPONSE OPERATIONS AND ACTIVITY USE OF LDRRM OFFICE-OPERATIONS CENTER
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PANGASINAN, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the delivery requires 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project of at least 50% of the approved Budget of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
