Procurement of Disaster Preparedness and Response Supplies
1) The Local Government Unit of Gamay, through the DRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 497, 941.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Disaster Preparedness and Response Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gamay now invites bids for Acquisition of essential supplies and materials for disaster preparedness, emergency response, relief operations, and humanitarian assistance during calamities and emergencies. Delivery of the Goods is required Forty-Five (45) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceeds. Bidders should have completed, at least 6 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
