1. The Municipality of Jaen, through the LDRRM FUND 5% 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS and EIGHTY TWO CENTAVOS (1, 503, 670.82)being the ABC to payments under the contract PROCUREMENT OF DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE, SEARCH, LIFESAVING RESCUE AND RETRIEVAL OPERATIONS EQUIPMENT /ITB-2026- LDRRM-5%-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jaen now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE, SEARCH, LIFESAVING RESCUE AND RETRIEVAL OPERATIONS EQUIPMENT
