PROCUREMENT OF DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS FOR NUTRITION PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
1) The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the PMNP-PBG Trache 2 Grant intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS ONLY (PhP609, 390.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Maternal and Newborn Supplies for Antenatal, Delivery, and Postpartum Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the Procurement of Dietary Supplements for Nutrition Program Implementation. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days upon issuance of NTP/PO. Bidders should have completed, at least the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
