Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Siay (LGU-SIAY), through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian year 2006 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos and Seventy-Eight Cents (1, 507, 280.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Diesoline for the Use of LGU Heavy Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Siay (LGU-SIAY) now invites bids for Procurement of Diesoline for the Use of LGU Heavy Equipment using the Life cycle Assessment and Life cycle Cost Analysis. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty days (30) Calendar Days After Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2-Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
