Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL FOR THE USE OF MAYOR-S OFFICE, BROOKE-S POINT, PALAWAN
1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the Supplemental Budget No.2026-01: General Supervision and Management of the Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Ninety-Seven Centavos (₱549, 999.97) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Diesel for the use of Mayor-s Office, Brooke-s Point, Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for Procurement of Diesel for the use of Mayor-s Office, Brooke-s Point, Palawan using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB). Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
