The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Peso(S) (Php 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Diesel (SUPPORT TO AFP, DETACHMENT AND INTEL GROUPS (2ND QUARTER)) /26-0504.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
