FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL FUEL AND LUBRICANTS
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BOSTON, through an Annual Budget of Calendar Year 2026 of the Appropriation Ordinance 109, Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Pesos (P6, 169, 290.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Diesel Fuel and Lubricants. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BOSTON now invites bids for Procurement of Diesel Fuel and Lubricants. Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) calendar days to start from receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
