MUNICIPALITY OF MANUKAN
INVITATION TO BID
The Municipality of Manukan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the supply and delivery of Diesel Fuel for use in the refueling of equipment (i.e. garbage collector, dumptruck, etc.) during garbage collection, clean-up operations and other activities of ISWMO with Approved Budget for the Contract of PhP427, 500.00.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. Prospective bidders must have completed a similar single contract in the last two (2) years with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as in the Preliminary Examination of Bids.
