Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL TO BE USED BY THE MDRRMO ON EMERGENCY RESPONSE OPERATIONS, BROOKE-S POINT, PALAWAN
1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos and Ten Centavos (₱4, 227, 597.10) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Diesel to be used by the MDRRMO on Emergency Response Operations, Brooke-s Point, Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for Procurement of Diesel to be used by the MDRRMO on Emergency Response Operations, Brooke-s Point, Palawan using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB). Delivery of the Goods is required one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
