In the course of the procurement, a management desk operating on uniform principles will be created for the analysis and management of library activities, which gathers the necessary data on the network of Estonian libraries and enables libraries to efficiently and operationally collect, process and exchange data, including those management decisions

The National Library of Estonia procures a detailed analysis and the implementation of existing data migration, development, testing, implementation, warranty and maintenance work, which results in amanagement desktop application of rented libraries and guaranteed maintenance work for the application for 12 months after the work is completed and handed over to the supplier. During the procurement, a user interface will also be created for the application.a management desk operating on uniform principles for analyzing and managing resources, which brings together the necessary data on the network of Estonian libraries and enables libraries to efficiently and operatively collect, process and exchange data, including when making management decisions and also for new readers
