Labor services Digital official services Development of operations The scope of the acquisition of the framework arrangement is wide-ranging IT expert services to support the various IT expert service needs of the KEHA center. The acquisition includes three (3) sub-area: Section A: Labor services (3 suppliers are selected) Section B: Digital authority services (3 suppliers are selected) Section C: Operational development (3 suppliers are selected) The bidder can bid for one, several or all of them to sub-areas. The expert services procured are related to the definition, development, implementation, further development, maintenance and ensuring of quality and information security of various information systems, applications, products and solutions. The services can be aimed at fixed-scale projects and the ongoing need for services for the time being. In Appendix 3.2, the operating environment of the KEHA center, the field of operation within the scope of the framework arrangement has been opened and the description of the acquisition target has been given in its main features. The procurement's multi-supplier cooperation model is described in appendix 3.1 Cooperation and operating model and in the description of the subject by area of ​​the Framework Agreement, appendix 4.1.
