Tender Details

The scope of the procurement of the framework arrangement is wide-ranging IT expert services to support the various IT expert service needs of the KEHA center. The procurement includes three (3) areas: Area A: Labor services (3 suppliers will be selected) Area B: Digital authority services (3 suppliers are selected) Section C: Operational development (3 suppliers are selected) The provider can offer in one, more or all areas. The professional services to be procured are related to various information systems, for defining, developing, implementing, further developing, maintaining and ensuring quality and data security of applications, products and solutions. The services can be aimed at specific projects and those that are ongoing for the time being to the service need. In Appendix 3.2, the operating environment of the KEHA center, the field of operation within the scope of the framework arrangement has been opened and the description of the acquisition target has been given in its main features. The multi-supplier cooperation model for procurement is described in Appendix 3.1 Cooperation operating model and in the description of the subject by area of the Framework Agreement, appendix 4.1. More detailed descriptions of sub-area-specific services can be found in the sub-appendices of appendix 4.1. Appendix 5.3.1 contains a description of the Continuous maintenance phase. The services of the KEHA center are based on to a secure way of working. Annex 1 of the framework agreement contains the Security Agreement, which obliges the supplier to manage IT security and data protection.
