The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P59, 976, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Desktop Computers (Mini-Tower) for VRM -2nd Bidding with details as follows:
