All particulars relative to eligibility check and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference/s, evaluation of bids, post qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) from May 28, 2026 to June 17, 2026 before 10:00 AM at the BAC Office or thru this email: [email protected]. Furthermore, the LOI should state the name of the company and the name of its authorized representative who will join the pre-bidding and bidding conferences on June 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM and June 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM respectively. The Pre-bidding Conference shall be held via ZOOM Conferencing and the Zoom link shall be available upon request via the aforementioned e-mail address.
