PROCUREMENT OF DESKTOP COMPUTER AT

TACLOBAN AND VARIOUS AIRPORTS

(BID NO. VIII-2024-001)

1. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES (CAAP), through the CAAP Corporate Budget CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php1, 120, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF DESKTOP COMPUTER AT TACLOBAN AND VARIOUS AIRPORTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPINES now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
