The city of Salo (hereafter the procurement unit / customer) requests bids for the tendering of the shared contract for the procurement of the design of the kindergarten in the center of Haliko in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to it. The object of the acquisition is architectural, structural and substructure, HVAC and automation and electrical planning as described in this call for tenders and its attachments. The kindergarten to be built will be implemented as a new building. It will be built in 6 sections, with spaces calculated For 100 children of daycare age. The scope of the project is approximately 1900 brm2. The design form of the project is planning in parts and the preliminary implementation form is a shared contract. The plot is located in Salon Haliko. The object's real estate code is 734-418-3-126, The site plan change is underway and the plan will be legally binding in the fall of 2026. The goal is that planning will begin in June 2026 and the facilities are planned to be ready for use in January 2028. The preliminary schedule for the planning work is as follows: the contract calculation sets will be ready by the end of January 2027, construction work will start in March 2027 and the site will be completed in March 2028.
