PROCUREMENT FOR THE DESIGN AND BUILD OF A NEW SANITARY LANDFILL FACILITY
The City Government of Digos, through the 20% LGDF intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Million Pesos (P 125, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the PROCUREMENT FOR THE DESIGN AND BUILD OF A NEW SANITARY LANDFILL FACILITY with PR No. 26-07-2792. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1.The City Government of Digos, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 305 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible idder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
