Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2024, intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Nine Million One Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Two Pesos and Fifty-Seven Centavos (Php89, 129, 402.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build of the Kamuning Footbridge, and Busway Station Rehabilitation with Project Identification No. BAC-ROAD-INFRA-2025-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
