Description: The subject of this tender is a depot management system (BMS) in accordance with the tender documents. The BMS expected by the VBZ should be a digital tool (software) that supports the scheduling activities in the garages (bus depot) and depots (tram depot). The BMS coordinates, schedules and monitors the vehicles in the depots with regard to, for example, planned mileage and maintenance work to be carried out.
The introduction of a BMS is expected to increase efficiency at all eight depots and improve visibility of vehicle fleet availability.
