The City of Salo's spatial services is requesting bids for the demolition work of the building located at Kokkilantie 880 in accordance with this request for bids and the documents attached to it. The object is a sauna building. The building will be demolished down to the load-bearing slab. Plinth and the foundations are spared. HVAC systems are dismantled down to the load-bearing slab, incl. water pipe and electricity supply cable, which will be saved for the construction of the new building. External systems are spared. After the demolition work is finished, drains and sewers described up to the connection point. The demolition contractor acts as the main contractor of the site and as intended by the legislation as the main contractor and as a contractor responsible for site services and site management duties and all that related with obligations. The contractor has and the offer must cover the demolition of the building and the necessary yard structures with all the work. The offer must cover all the costs, including the construction technical aids, scaffolding, lifting and cleaning work with waste fees and transportation. After the work is completed, the contractor is responsible for restoring the yard areas to the level prior to the demolition work. Before starting the demolition work, the contractor must have a foreman responsible for the demolition work approved for the site.
