1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through the MDRRM (Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (₱1, 810, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement and Delivery of Cargo Ambulance LGU Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
